Ministry of investment is the competent authority and the main reference in the kingdom with regard to the organization of investment (local and foreign) and its development, the advancement of its components, encourage and protect investors, and-without prejudice to the competencies and responsibilities of other parties - to do everything necessary in order to achieve its goals.
